A modern farmhouse estate completed in Encino, CA in 2019. A special project that feels like a world of its own once you enter through the expansive foyer. Key features that highlighted this build included large architectural windows that offer an abundance of light, large pocket doors lining the exterior of the building & a chef’s kitchen tailored to spec. The home was also incorporated with smart control for complete home automation.

The main level includes office space with its own private entrance, living room with fireplace and powder room to match. The second level of the building features the master suite with high ceilings, fireplace and large balcony with hundred eighty degree panoramic views to relax and enjoy. A large multi-level private deck encompass’ the environmental development on this project which includes a large swimming pool, spa, fire pit as well as a grove for fruit trees and gardens.
